Description
The flamethrower of the ficitonal military force I still have yet to write about, it has both oxygen and fuel mix knobs, an adjustable stock, piezoelectric ignitors, and most importantly, two nozzles: one for burning/heating, and one for cutting. The salvage crews will use one of these in their daily duties of cutting scrap, as well as an E5 abrasive saw. In combat, these are invaluable for clearing out and entering bunkers by either cutting a door down, or super-heating concrete before another soldier throws cold water on it. The tungsten carbide tips are rated to 4,100 degrees Fahrenheit (2,260 degrees Celsius).
The standard fuel is a blend of fairly common kerosene and petroleum jelly (both by-products of diesel and gasoline production) blend to, pressurized with the oxygen in the second tank, make it semi-gelatinous so it sticks to the enemy and continues to burn. The torch portion is made to just use the kerosene fumes.
Of curse, flamethrower operators quickly exhaust the standard ammunition, yet many times the unit still needs the G7's capabilities, so soldiers use two commodities that are almost always available: diesel fuel and nitrous oxide tanks from the motor pool. This blend doesn't stick as well as the standard fuel to the enemy, but the nitrous oxide makes the flame burn much hotter, and with a simple modification, the torch portion can use the liquid diesel to cut and heat.
Eventually, the standard fuel falls out of favor at the top, and instead units with flamethrowers are given larger fuel rations and extra canisters of nitrous oxide to use instead, mainly to streamline supply chains.
Standard ammunition: semi-gelatinous kerosene-petroleum jelly blend and oxygen
Common ammunition: diesel fuel and nitrous oxide
Effective/maximum range: 14-17 meters
Action: pressurized fuel, trigger-valve, muzzle-flame ignition

This is a very well put together weapon. It's so simple, yet it looks like something that could actually be used. Well done!
